WanderFunTrip is written and run by a small, independent team — not a content farm. This page explains how we decide what to cover, how we check facts, how affiliate links fit in, and what to do if you spot something wrong.
Who Writes This
Guides are led by Gbuska, WanderFunTrip’s founder, drawing on real trips, real bookings, and firsthand nights out at the festivals and destinations we cover. Every author byline links to a page listing everything that person has published, so you can check the track record yourself.
How We Choose What to Cover
We stick to four lanes we actually know: Adventures & Sports, Party & Festival Life, Adult Travel & Freedom, and Travel Hacks. If a topic falls outside those four, we don’t publish on it just to chase traffic.
Research & Fact-Checking
Prices, dates, distances, opening hours, and venue names are checked against current sources before a guide goes live — never pulled from memory. When a detail can’t be confirmed with confidence, we say so explicitly (“around,” “approx.”) rather than state it as fact. Travel details change constantly, so always double-check anything time-sensitive (visas, entry rules, event dates) directly with the official source before you book.
We use research and editing tools to help us work faster and stay consistent — alongside firsthand travel experience, not instead of it. A guide only gets published after that fact-check pass, and every article shows the date it was last updated so you know how fresh the information is.
Affiliate Links & Independence
Some links on this site are affiliate links — full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure. A commission never decides what we recommend: we link to the flights, insurance, and pickup services we’d book ourselves, and we skip partners that don’t fit the guide just because they pay. No brand gets to preview or approve a guide before it’s published.
Corrections & Updates
Found an outdated price, a closed venue, or a mistake? Tell us on the Contact page and we’ll verify and fix it. Genuine errors are corrected as soon as we can confirm them — we don’t leave known mistakes live to protect a ranking.
